The Needhams 1834 Crisis Command course provides delegates with an understanding of dealing with crisis situations and methods of effective command and control during an incident.

Understand the characteristics of incident, crisis and disaster

Understand roles and responsibilities at all levels of a crisis management structure in an organisation

Learn to devise a strategy in a crisis

Learn to be effective in a crisis management team (CMT) involved in command, control and decision making in a crisis

Learn to set up and operate an effective crisis command centre (CCC)

Learn to apply effective stakeholder management techniques in advance of and during a crisis

Understand responsibilities and operations of emergency services
