Dr Chris Needham-Bennett

Managing Director

Experience and expertise:

Chris has built up a wealth of experience since founding the company in 1996. He has worked across a wide spectrum of sectors and businesses in the UK and overseas. He specialises in the delivery of strategic training at board level and authorship of exercises.

Chris is noted for the innovative content of his training and his entertaining conference speaking engagements.

He is currently specialising in the legal and financial sectors in Europe

 

Education and former background:

  • Visiting Professor of University College London, (UCL)  

  • Member of the UCL’s Institute for Risk and Disaster Reduction (IRDR)

  • Doctorate in Risk Management University of Portsmouth

  • MSc Risk Psychology, University of Leicester

  • Royal Military Academy Sandhurst

  • Parachute Regiment: 10 years commissioned service (1981-1991)

  • Worked for private security companies on PFI security projects with Home Office

  • Speaks conversational German
