Experience and expertise:

Tim has developed a broad and deep level of experience in Crisis Leadership, Project and Risk management during 19 years as a consultant and army officer. He has worked cross sectors on numerous projects and developed a full range of Business Continuity and Crisis Management requirements.

The work has included the development of frameworks, policies, procedures and contingency plans whilst also authoring and running complex simulation and desktop crisis management exercises and training. He is qualified as an ISO 22301 lead auditor.
