“Tim has been carried out work in support of us from the very start of his time in Business Continuity. His work has always been of a very high standard, however if I were to pick some examples they would be firstly his work for us after the Paris attacks in 2015. He led on developing an analysis programme from which we could develop a closer understanding of our organisation’s readiness and then prepared a comprehensive training package to ameliorate any skills shortfall. With over 100 offices in metropolitan location around the world, this task was no mean undertaking and the result was a highly effective programme to improve our anti-terror measures. More recently he has showed an originality of thought in his approached to developing numerous guidance notes and aide-memoires that support our updated corporate business resilience programme. His work clear and concise and the effectiveness of the work is already in evidence with multinational colleagues commenting on the ease in which the can be implemented; his ability to produce work that is relevant and practical for a wide variety of operating environments, from offices to remote industrial sites, both in OECD locations and some of the more unstable jurisdictions has been outstanding.”

“Tim has authored and delivered both special to role training for key staff including the CEO and wider simulation exercises. The individual training has been informative and pitched at just the right level. The simulation exercises developed for the strategic and tactical teams have been first class. The scenarios are detailed, well researched and testing. Without the stresses of a real crisis the scenarios put real pressure on our crisis management teams and generate important lessons for us to learn, whilst improving the individual performance of the staff.”
